Family Tree Healthcare is now offering free COVID testing for the COVID-19 virus. Testing will be offered to anyone who presents a government-issued photo I.D. and is wearing a mask.

You may be at risk if you are a:

  • High-risk worker (e.g. health care, first responder, law enforcement, mass transit)

  • Critical infrastructure personnel (e.g. chemical, energy, water)

  • Living in a congregate setting (e.g. skilled nursing facility, assisted living, prison, homeless shelter)

  • Symptomatic persons with underlying conditions

Enter the parking lot from Central Ave by the dentist for kids and park. Please proceed to the front of our office to the table outside and read the directions on the table. You will fill out one form per person in your car. When the form is completed knock on the front door, have ID ready and you will be let in. We are only allowing 5 people in at a time, a mask is required. Follow the arrows on the floor for guidance. Testing will take 5-15 minutes and consists of a nose swab. After testing you will need to return home and self isolate until you get your results.

 As of 5/11/2020 If you have testing done you are consenting to your results being given by phone call and/or voicemail. As of June 3rd, we will not give out results going forward. Those tested prior to this date will still be notified by our office. If you have been tested after 6/3/2020 you will need to contact Sonora Quest directly for your results. The ID on the CDC handout is connected to your test.


We recommend contacting Sonora Quest for your results as we may not have them yet.

Sonora Quest Laboratories has let us know that processing time for results could be 7 days or more. If it has not been over 7 days please continue to wait for your results. 

If your test results are negative, you can return to your normal daily routine. Keep in mind you should remain at home if you are still sick. While you may have tested negative for COVID-19, it is possible you have another illness that could spread to others. Manage your symptoms at home and contact your primary care provider (PCP) if you have any questions or concerns, or make an appointment at Family Tree Healthcare for follow up.

If your test results are positive, the lab will notify the county and state health departments and we provide you with the next steps, which could include an additional quarantine period. This quarantine period is extremely important to ensure you do not spread the virus to others.
